How It Work ?

Smart Perks Application Can be installed on Web server and with the help of URL in Browser, Employee can Access Application from anywhere with anytime access. There is no need to install Application on Client Machine. All you need to run Smart Perks Software is Browser (IE/Chrome/Firefox). With the help of web Based Smart Perks Application you can process payroll as per your convenient even if you are on Leave.

We Have Four Major Type of Role Based Login in Web Based Application

System Admin

SysAdmin


System Admin will have all the rights to change in the system at configuration Level Like Organization Structure, IT Rules , Assign Role and Module to Employee. This role will assign to Head of the Finance or HR.

HR


This role will assign to HR Employees. They will have the rights to Create New Employee, update their CTC and Mark the Left Date of Resigned Employee.

Finance

Finance


In This role Finance Employee can update variable Component of the months like Salary Advance, Bonus, TDS Adjustment, Investment etc. They will also have the rights to generate Payroll of all the employees. With the help of this role they can also generate Bank advice.

Self Login

Self Login


This role will assign to all the employees of the company. With the help of this role Employee can generate their payslip can apply for Leave, can view their Personal Detail, Attendance, Income Tax Computation and can also fill Form B (Investment Declaration) and Form C (Investment Proof Submission).
